Come as you are.
Let’s be honest, the postpartum time is an extremely tender and vulnerable one; full of ups and downs. Most moms are surprised by a host of unexpected challenges and need a safe space to process them. That’s what Mama Well is; a nonjudgmental place to share openly and honestly how the transition to motherhood (aka matrescence) feels. It is a place where you can let down your guard and show up exactly how you are in that moment.
Now more than any other time in history, mothers are mothering without a support system; a village. Yet, we all still need one. Mama Well is a community of moms created just for you. A place to be witnessed - seen, heard, and understood, by people who get it. It’s a place to share the challenges and joys of early parenthood.
Mama Well is designed for moms 0-1 year PP, who are struggling with some, or in most cases, many aspects of the perinatal time and want to carve out time and space to process those struggles in a real way.
These small groups allow for discussion of relevant topics, deep connection between members, and thoughtful facilitation by Robyn. Groups are designed for moms who are grappling with mood and/or anxiety issues related to the perinatal time and has an emphasis on how to re-prioritize caring for yourself.
