I work with moms, dads, and parent-couples navigating the tender, messy transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and perimenopause.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Motherhood has never felt more overwhelming, or more isolating.

Support is scarce. Comparison is constant. And parents are struggling. Therapy should be a space to feel seen, heard, and truly understood. A place where you can show up just as you are, and be met with compassion and care.
